Course 1: The Self
Our sense of self is the direct result of our thoughts, emotions, and the state of our physical body – all of which constitute the personality. Three energy centers below the diaphragm support the personality’s evolution; the soul’s emergent expression relies upon this essential process. We start here. |
Course 2: Heart-Mind
A dramatic shift leads us from an identification with the self to the recognition of our place within the greater whole. This reflects the ever-evolving Heart and Throat centers, which support a new way of being in the world. The result is Heart-Mind: an embodiment of compassion, creativity and cooperation. |
Course 3: The Head Centers
The EH journey has taken us from instinct to intellect and now we arrive at the door of insight. Course 3 offers a unique perspective on the three energy centers of the head: the Ajna, Alta, and Crown. These centers create a focal point that ultimately serves as a gateway to our most expansive self. |
Course 4: The Whole Human
What is a whole human? The boundaries become less defined as we explore the complex systems that feed, sustain, regulate, and inform us. This reveals us to be both temporal and cosmic beings in a vast and interconnected universe. |
Who would benefit from taking an Esoteric Healing class?EH training helps us to bring the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the human into a functioning whole – greater than the sum of its parts. It is a journey of personal evolution as well as a specific training. It includes in-depth exploration of subtle anatomy, physiology, psychology, energetic fields, chakras, healing, and meditation. This training allows one to deepen the experience of their inner-life, support their evolution, and enhance the well-being of themselves and others.

Nurses
Nurses understand the complexity and uniqueness of each patient. EH considers the wholeness of each person – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This practice can be immediately incorporated into patient care to support well-being on all levels. Physical and Occupational Therapists
You will work with the physical body as well as the subtle energy layers which guide and inform us. We teach healing techniques that easily integrate with hands-on work that you are already doing... all of which are hands-off! Combining EH with PT & OT gives your hands a rest. Doctors
Utilize these practices as a window into the energetics that move the body's fulcrum point from imbalance to health. Esoteric Healing is an expanded way of looking at the human being. Parents
Parents learn the skills to align and stabilize their own energies: emotions, thoughts, and stressors. Well-being actuated through EH supports the presence required for conscious parenting as well as methods to help keep the whole family balanced and healthy. Facilitators, Mediators, and Negotiators
This may be a job title for some, but many of us are asked to step into the role of facilitator or mediator. It is important, as a neutral party, to establish and care for your own alignment as well as that of the group. EH brings awareness to the subtle energies moving through the group and helps facilitators maintain group coherence and integrity. Psychologists and Social Workers
The lineage of this work has an entire branch dedicated to Esoteric Psychology with the mind/body/spirit relationship being foundational. This class enhances your ability to work with ‘whole-person’ integration. You will learn to address the energetic causes of stress, dis-ease, anxiety, and imbalances in the personality life. This work is done off of the body and therefore does not require a license to touch. Reiki Practitioners
You will come to understand the complex energetic architecture of the human being, making EH the perfect complement to your skillset. You will learn specific alignment procedures that bring into play the energetic blueprint of human anatomy and physiology. This training also cultivates and refines your intuition. Esoteric healing offers a way to be present while holding multiple fields of energy for the individual and the group. Much of this esoteric philosophy is derived from ancient yogic traditions. The EH training will deepen your practice on all levels. Massage Therapists & Body Workers

Learn to move in and out of your characters, roles, and expressions through the chakra system. Enhance your performance and hone the ability to move back into your authentic self, whole and clear of the residual energies of a performance. Nutritionists
EH is unique in that it explores the distinct connections between human physiology and the energy body. It is acknowledged that we are the result of our choices. Esoteric Healing expands the expression "you are what you eat" to "you are what you take in." This is factual for every level of energy consumption. Teachers
The education of our children is one of the most important vocations in the world. Teaching while fully embodied, present, and aligned helps you tune into your student's needs. Between the two of them, Martha and Steve have so much knowledge and enthusiasm for their in-depth and clear teachings, it is a pleasure to be part of their many offerings.
