The School of Integrated Consciousness seeks to inspire a culture of the heart and facilitate the process of our evolutionary imperative.

The Seven Rays provide quality  to our world of energies and forces—and they are at the center of the Ageless Wisdom teachings. Get to know every aspect of the Seven Rays: their purpose, influence, origin, and useful ways to engage them in everyday life. This program will explore the relationship of the Seven Rays to astrology, psychology, physiology, kingdoms in nature, and to the evolution of the soul.

The study of the Seven Rays opens the door to understanding and experiencing the rich textures of Life's expressions. As we examine the way our personality and soul, as well as the body, mind and emotions, are tinctured by their omnipresence, we can clear the path to purpose, meaning, and fruitful living. 

Meditation Changes Everything:
The Practice of Living Awareness

SIC is an educational vehicle for Spirit Fire, the nonprofit organization responsible for the Practice of Living Awareness,  a foundational meditation practice that pioneered online meditation offerings over 15 years ago.  The Practice of Living Awareness is designed to bring forward the spacious  awareness that is innate in all of us. As meditation becomes forefront in your life, you become part of the energy that can change worlds.

Our Flagship Program:
​Learn the Art and Science of Esoteric Healing

Esoteric Healing is a compelling way of working with the energetic architecture of the human being and actuating wellness in the body, mind, and spirit. EH works with the subtle energy that surrounds & permeates all living beings.
Course 1: The Self
​
Our sense of self is the direct result of our thoughts, emotions, and the state of our physical body – all of which constitute the personality. Three energy centers below the diaphragm support the personality’s evolution; the soul’s emergent expression relies upon this essential process. We start here.
Course 2: Heart-Mind

A dramatic shift leads us from an identification with the self to the recognition of our place within the greater whole. This reflects the ever-evolving Heart and Throat centers, which support a new way of being in the world. The result is Heart-Mind: an embodiment of compassion, creativity and cooperation.
Course 3: The Head Centers

The EH journey has taken us from instinct to intellect and now we arrive at the door of insight. Course 3 offers a unique perspective on the three energy centers of the head: the Ajna, Alta, and Crown. These centers create a focal point that ultimately serves as a gateway to our most expansive self.  ​​
Course 4: The Whole Human

What is a whole human? The boundaries become less defined as we explore the complex systems that feed, sustain, regulate, and inform us. This reveals us to be both temporal and cosmic beings in a vast and interconnected universe.

Steve and Martha are infinitely gifted teachers, each in their own right; their alchemy as co-teachers is phenomenal. I have completed all four levels of EH, have repeated two of the levels and have continued my education via online learning with SIC. I have had the great pleasure of studying with Martha and Steve for over ten years. Their collective knowledge of the anatomy of the body, brain and etheric layers of consciousness is taught with clarity and dexterity in partnership with the love and light of true healers.
