This course introduces the principles and techniques of Esoteric Healing. You will learn the practical relationship between the physical and esoteric anatomy as well as techniques for evaluating and integrating the subtle energy field. The focus here is on the Basic, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras: their relationship to our physical anatomy, physiology, psychology, as well as specific protocols for bringing these energy centers into harmonious relationship with each other and to the chakras system as a whole.
Esoteric Healing Course 1 is an immersive course is presented via SIC's online learning platform, with live classes on Zoom. This includes home study guides and assignments, video support material, a downloadable meditation program, and an extensive course manual with 40+ energy healing protocols for the entire subtle system. We will oversee in-class practice sessions and support you in developing an energy healing skill set that emphasizes ethics, responsibility, and integrity.

The Human Energy Field
Everything is energy. The human being is comprised of 7 major energy centers, or chakras, and 49 minor centers. These influence our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects, or subtle bodies. Through Esoteric Healing, we work with this system and reveal the relationship between the nadis, energy centers, chakras, endocrine glands, and the various organs and systems of the body.
The Basic Chakra
This energy center identifies us with the physical body and the preservation of life and health. It holds the vibration of our will to be here. Here, we work with the skeletal structures, adrenal glands, kidneys, and the urinary system.
The Sacral Chakra
This energy center governs our relationships, sexuality, physical creativity, and ability to manifest. Here, we work with both the male and female reproductive systems.
The Solar Plexus Chakra
This energy center is the seat of our emotions. It also governs our personal identity as well as our use of power and control. Here, we work with the entire digestive system and problems of the GI tract.
The Science of Energy Healing
We present the latest research supporting energy medicine and look at the principles of Esoteric Healing through the lens of science.
Sensing Energy
Esoteric Healing is performed off of the body. We learn to sense the human energy field and utilize specific healing protocols. No prior experience is required.
Protocols for Integrating Energy Flow
We use specific energy points, and combinations of these points, to generate vibrational resonance, which actuates energy and information flow through the centers, chakras, minors, and various etheric systems of the body.
Additional Energy Centers: Heart, Throat, Ajna, and Crown Chakras
Course 1 offers a deep exploration of the energy centers below the diaphragm as well as healing practices for all seven of the major energy centers. Completing Course 1 enables you to work with the full chakra system to support health, well-being, and personal development.
The Energetic Causes of Disease
We look at root causes of disease, which include physical, hereditary, psychological, environmental, and the results of cause and effect (karma).
Course 1 Meditation Program
Meditation is an essential component of Esoteric Healing. We introduce you to useful practices and offer a complete Course 1 meditation program. No prior experience with meditation is required.
Self, Individual, and Group Healing Practices
These classes enable the practitioner to facilitate energy flow for health, well-being, and personal development. We offer a complete energy balancing protocol appropriate for this course level.
EH1 Course Details:
- Class meets "live" on Wednesday eve, Sept 11 from 6-9pm ET & Friday-Sunday, Sept 13-15, 2024 from 9am-5pm ET.
- Live classes will be held via Zoom with digital pre-class materials on our online learning platform.
- This is an immersive program and requires completion of digital portions and attendance for all live classes to move forward in the training. Classes are not recorded.
